The mission of the group is to advance the areas of software and web engineering and at the same time investigate the applicability of software on web technologies innovation on carefully identified application areas. The rising synergy between software and web engineering presents new challenges for the research community that have to be met in an appropriate context. Our vision is to build a solid research base on the areas of software and web engineering so as to elicit from innovation new applications and services, and, by exploiting synergies, prove the concept in carefully selected application areas.
