SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

Philippos Tragas was born in Athens, Greece, in 1981. He received the Physics degree in 2004 from the Department of Physics, University of Patras, Greece with specialization in Electronics and Computers. He received his M.Sc. degree in Information and telecommunication technologies, in 2006 offered by “Athens Information Technology” (AIT). He is currently working towards a second M.Sc. in Electronics and Radioelectrology. From October 2005 until June 2006 he was an Assistant to the Electronics Laboratory of the Department of Informatics & Telecommunications and of the Department of Physics at the University of Athens. Since April 2006 he is a member of the “Broadband Wireless and Sensor Network” group of the Athens Information Technology (A.I.T.), “Centre of Excellence for Research and Graduate Education”, working as a research scientist. His research interests include Antenna Designing, Adaptive Algorithms for MIMO systems and Indoor Localization. He is a member of IEEE.
