SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

Mr. Dimosthenis Pediaditakis has received his Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Athens University of Business and Economics (AUEB), CS department, Greece. He also earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science also from AUEB, as well. Joined AIT in the middle of 2007 as a research scientist and is working on WINSOC, a EU supported project for environmental risk management. Before that, he worked as a researcher at the Networks and Pervasive Computing group (National ICT Australia, 2006-2007). Has also worked as a Web Service analyst and developer for various companies (Ira Media, Hartling Group etc.) and for the Computer Science department of AUEB University. Mr. Pediaditakis has competed twice in the “Google Summer of Code” worldwide competition (2005 and 2006) and has earned the prize both times, after the successful evaluation of his project by JXTA.org of Sun Microsystems. Currently, he is involved as core developer in two open-source projects, RMP (jxta.org) and Castalia Simulator (National ICT Australia). In 2003 during his studies, he participated in a project of AUEB University aiming to validate the web-sites/portals of the Greek Ministries
