Tailored Executive Training

Embedding knowledge

Flexible, Personalized, Confidential, Job-Related, Cumulative

The people in your company are your most valuable resource. An organization’s human capital is the sum of the knowledge, attitude, and competencies of its people. The AIT approach to custom learning is based on understanding both the strategic aims of your business and the real needs of its people, teams and systems, in order to deliver practical solutions that directly contribute to the growth of the company. AIT programs focus on transforming management and technology into instruments of change.  Whether our custom learning initiatives focus on strategic alignment, leadership development, action learning, change management, or any other area of performance, the outcome is certain: participants emerge as better thinkers, with a firm grasp on applying tested concepts and technology aspects to issues at hand.

Custom programs link readily with our Open Enrollmet Courses enabling our clients to include a large number of participants in a company-specific fully customized learning environment. AIT works in partnership with its clients to develop bespoke programs addressing the needs of each individual organization. Programs are firmly embedded in the issues and processes of the organization: faculty sessions are directly linked to discussion of topics with the client’s top executives; and tasks are designed for analyzing issues and preparing action plans.

Commercial/Contractual Training

Training to support IT products, services, and projects. Major contracts include, at their final stage, an accompanying measure designed to promote their results. AIT has extended experience in designing and implementing this contract phase for both commercial and EU- funded projects.

Professional's Views

“At the start of Leadership for the 21st Century, I was frustrated, mad, and uncomfortable. Never before had I been forced to examine myself so closely. By the program’s end, I was truly a different person – reenergized and renewed, and with a greater level of self-awareness than I’d ever had in my life.”
