Αγαπητοί Φίλοι του ΑΙΤ, 

Αντιμετωπίζουμε ένα ευχάριστο αλλά πολύ δύσκολο θέμα με την εκδήλωση της απονομής του Βραβείου ΝΙΚΗ 2009. 

Ήδη, 15 μέρες νωρίτερα, έχουμε 40 προσκεκλημένους περισσότερους από τη μέγιστη χωρητικότητα της αίθουσας. 

Ζητούμε την κατανόηση σας. 

Λυπούμαστε πολύ που δε θα σας έχουμε μαζί μας αυτή τη Βραδιά.  

Θα χαρούμε να μας τηλεφωνήσετε και σας υποσχόμαστε ότι στην εκδήλωση της ερχόμενης χρονιάς ΝΙΚΗ 2010, θα είστε σε απόλυτη προτεραιότητα.

We are faced with a pleasing but difficult issue regarding Niki Award 2009 Ceremony.
 
The success of this event is such that, one week prior to the RSVP deadline, we have 40 guests beyond the maximum capacity of the event space.
 
Unfortunately, we are now in the position of not being able to accept any more guests for this year's Award Ceremony.
 
We sincerely regret that we cannot share this year's event with you and request that you call us so that we may prioritize you on the NIKI 2010 Award Ceremony guest list.
 
We thank you for your understanding and look forward to seeing you this time next year.
