Tech mini MBA: Leading Strategic Innovation is a 128 hour Professional Development Program in Technology Management, inspired by AIT’s highly successfull MBIT (Master in Management of Business, Innovation & Technology) program. The program starts on April 27th, 2017 and lasts until October 26 th, 2017.

This interdisciplinary educational program has been designed for providing and updating knowledge and skills of executives and professionals on topics such as

Innovation management and entrepreneurship

Marketing

In weekly sessions, participants

Are trained in strategic areas and are guided by a select team of specialized instructors with deep market awarness.

Design and develop a business plan for their enterprise.
bullet-or
Actively participate in discussions concerning best practices.
bullet-or
Learn  to pinpoint strategic uses of IT and communications technologies.
bullet-or
Learn to use technoeconomic models.
bullet-or
Learn to design comercially and technologically valiable investements.
bullet-or
Build their Business Plan under the supervision of AIT Faculty and market experts.

The program, empowers organizational leaders to become innovation catalysts within their organization and addresses the ICT industry’s increasing demand for individuals who can combine technical expertise with business skills.

A select team of AIT Faculty and Industry Experts led by Professor Gregory Yovanof teach participants how to tackle critical challenges in managing innovation in a globally competitive business environment.

This program is highly participative, focusing on real business, technology and innovation issues, designed to give the critical understanding of the key competency areas required for success within the evolving technology environment

Upon course completion participants can make more informed and commercially viable strategic decisions.

The program lasts 6 months and the weekly sessions are scheduled on Thursdays evenings as well as 5 select Saturdays, facilitating thus participation of professionals.
