Cancellation Policy

Registration is transferable upon request, if you are unable to attend; a substitute delegate wiil be welcomed to attend in your place.

• No cancellation fee will be retained if we receive the cancellation in writing, 8 working days before the Seminar.
• 50% of the fee will be retained if the participation is canceled in writing, any time prior to 8 working days before the Seminar.
• 100% of the fee will be retained in case of no attendance, with no cancellation reported on time
• Notices and cancellations are to be forwarded timely to exedu@ait.edu.gr
• AIT reserves the right to alter the venue, dates and/or speakers.
