Q: What background should I have in order to be eligible for admission and which are the acceptance criteria?

Q: How do I apply and what is the full application process?
You may use the online application forms. All documents should be posted to:

Q: Is it possible to apply before the deadline and complete the application package after that?
Yes, it is highly recommended you apply before the application deadline for the program in which you are interested and afterwards you may complete your application package.

Q: What are the application deadlines?
MSIN: Application deadline: April 30, 2009
for non-EU students the application deadline is February 15, 2009

Q: Is it possible to apply to all programs simultaneously?
Yes.

Q: May I apply for admission during the SPRING or SUMMER semester?
No, the admissions period is only once a year: Every Fall semester.

Q: To whom do I send my application form and package?
On-line application forms are sent electronically to the department responsible for the program to which you are applying.

Q: I have applied before but was not accepted OR did not come. May I re-apply?
Yes, you will need to submit a new application form and an updated CV.

Q: I have been admitted to the program which interests me but I want to defer my application. Is it possible? How can they be admitted without an application? Do we mean “enrollment” or “start date”?
Yes, you may indicate this on the Acceptance of Admission Form, which will be sent to you, once you are admitted to the program. Please note, that your application will be re-evaluated prior to the beginning of the new academic year.

Q: When will I know the status of my application?
Usually within two months of receipt of the completed application package.

Q: May I apply before I receive my final grades from my University?
Yes. Send your partial transcript with your application form. You can send us your final grades when you receive them.

Q: I am currently enrolled in a university program, which I will not have completed before the applications deadline. May I still go ahead and apply?
Yes. If you are accepted, a condition of your acceptance will be to complete the current program in which you are enrolled and submit a final transcript of your attendance.
